1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Diana Köblös's freelance practice to private individuals.

2. Services
The services offered are intended to promote health and activate the body's own healing powers. They do not constitute medical treatment in the conventional medical sense and do not replace a visit to a doctor. They do not provide diagnoses or promise cures.

3. Appointment scheduling and cancellation
Appointments are arranged individually. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 100% fee.

4. Remuneration and payment terms
Fees are based on the current price list. Payment is in cash after the session or by bank transfer within 7 days.

5. Disclaimer
Use of the services is at your own risk. No liability is assumed for health consequences, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.

6. Data protection
Personal data will only be used to fulfill the services. Details can be found in the privacy policy.

7. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Potsdam, to the extent permissible.
